Bio:
Tim is a highly experienced lawyer in the field of Employment and Labor law.  Tim advises and represents private and public sector employers in a wide variety of employment disputes in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies.  Tim is also a dynamic speaker who provides training and presentations to companies and groups around the state. 

Prior to joining Whitten Nelson McGuire, Tim worked as a sales representative and sales manager for Eli Lilly, and Codman (a division of Johnson and Johnson).  He also worked as an attorney for a major Oklahoma City law firm in the field of employment and civil rights.

Tim grew up in Norman, Graduate from Norman High Then attended OU for his undergraduate and his Juris Doctrate from OU’s School of Law
