HR many times is the individual responsible for responding to an EEOC charge, it is important for the HR Professional to be aware of how EEOC’s mediation program works and how it could benefit the company/organization. Bio: Currently, Ms. Blalock serves as the Outreach and Training Manager for the St. Louis District. While serving in this capacity, Ms. Blalock is responsible for all media relations, for the development and design of publication brochures for the St. Louis District Office and for the development and delivery of training programs for both EEOC staff and external groups, such as individual employers, labor organizations, and organizations and associations consisting of employer advocacy and legal representatives. |
