Human Resources Manager American Cancer Society with almost 20 years of HR experience.  Past-president of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society and former member Oklahoma State Council of SHRM Board of Directors

Participants will gain a basic understanding of the Balanced Scorecard concept organizationally. The program will specifically discuss organizational strategic objectives for HR departments and learn how to design a personal performance plan for employee linked to those objectives.

Why is the subject significant to the HR Profession?

Linking the HR Function to the overall Strategic Objectives of the organization will enhance HR role strategically in the organization.

Bio:
Ron Cisneros, PHR is the Director of Human Resource for the American Cancer Society's National Shared Services in Oklahoma City. He is responsible for leading the Human Resource functions for both the Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City and the National Distribution Center in Atlanta. He is a member of the Shared Services Executive Team responsible for planning and developing strategic organizational initiatives.

Ron has over seventeen years Human Resources experience working in both the private and public sector. He received his BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Ron is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds it's society's certification as a "Professional In Human Resource Management". He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has served as President of the Oklahoma City SHRM Chapter and served on the Board of Directors with the Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management.
