Rhett Laubach works with organizations that want to develop their people's Personal Leadership Intelligence™ so they will be more effective Torchbearers™. He is a professional speaker, author, leadership expert and owner/operator of YourNextSpeaker, LLC - a leadership resource for organizations. His material draws from his 15 years of speaking/training experience and is applicable and valuable for both student and professional audience members. His ability to connect with his audience and his unprecedented stage energy are second to none. Rhett's clients include corporations, state and national youth student organizations, chamber of commerces, professional associations and schools.

Rhett's speaking interests have taken him to over 35 states and in front of over 500,000 audience members. 50 percent of his work is to student leadership groups and 50 percent is to corporate, professional organization and association clients. His programs focus on leadership, but extend to speech coaching, team building and communication training. Rhett's programs include conference keynotes, in-house training seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions and full-blown conferences/camps.

Rhett grew up on a small farm in northwest Oklahoma. He served as the 1991-1992 Oklahoma FFA State Vice-President and the 1992-1993 Oklahoma FFA State President. He has also been awarded the honorary member status in the Oklahoma FCCLA. Rhett continues to train hundreds of FFA, FCCLA, FBLA, BPA, HOSA, TSA, SkillsUSA and DECA students and advisors every year across the nation. His continued involvement with the CTSO system is one of the highlights of his speaking and training career!

Rhett has co-authored three leadership books. Possibilities, Possibilities II and Teen Power and Beyond are chock full of leadership and motivational tools for students and adults alike.

Rhett currently lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, a northern suburb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is a dedicated Christian, husband, father and community leader.
