Bio:
Madalene A. B. Witterholt. Miss Witterholt, is a graduate of the University of Tulsa (B.A., 1980; J.D., 1983). A shareholder with the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy, she has served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable James O. Ellison, Judge for the United States District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma. She is a past Chairperson of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a member of the EEOC Committee of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Witterholt is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues including Workers' Compensation, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Witterholt offers in-house training programs to companies and their employees and represents management in defending against employment related litigation.
