Prosperity Project voting information is provided to you by Oklahoma's major companies and leading small business. The State Chamber, 52 local chambers of commerce, and important trade associations – The Oklahoma's Bankers, Hospitals, State Medical Association, Farm Bureau, Home Builders, Insurance Agents and many other.

Kris Rush
Kris Rush is Director of the Oklahoma Prosperity Project – The State Chamber’s groundbreaking new program that empowers employers and employees to share information about critical election issues and the candidates that affect their future.

Kris’ passion is helping business people grow their companies and the communities in which they live.  She was a local chamber executive and economic developer in California for 12 years and a marketing consultant to the London (England) Chamber of Commerce.

Kris is the former CEO of the American Rose Society, a 38,000-member national association of rose gardeners.  She was responsible for rebuilding their 118-acre rose gardens and headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana from 1990-92.

For seven years Kris ran the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s grassroots lobbying program on business issues in 12 states, including Oklahoma.

Kris is married to Dick Rush, President of the Oklahoma State Chamber.

Lynette Parmley
Lynette is Vice President, Human Resources, for C. L. Frates and Company. She reports to the Chief Operations Officer and manages a staff of 6 professionals engaged in full service to an employee force of 200 in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Frates, Lynette was Corporate Manager, Management Services, for Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she had Human Resources responsibility for over 4,000 employees in 35 states. In addition to volunteer legislative affairs work for SHRM, Lynette also chairs the Human Resources Committee and Health Care Subcommittee of the State Chamber. As a strong advocate for fair and equitable employment law initiatives, affordable quality health care, and knowledge based economic growth, she welcomes every opportunity to support fellow HR professionals and business leaders.
