Prior to his role as a corporate strategist, David was the founder and CEO of EXIM Group, an organization founded to assist the companies in the development of global strategies. Prior to founding EXIM Group, David was the CEO of Ditch Witch. With more than 1500 employees, the company was the world's largest manufacturer of underground construction equipment. Through effective strategic thinking and strategic planning, the organization was the dominant player in the world market. David has also served in leadership positions in numerous associations and organizations, including his role as Chairman of the Association Equipment Manufacturers, as President Leadership Oklahoma, board member of various companies and advisor to numerous CEO's.
