Improving morale is the goal of all employers. After an employee survey in 2000, Norman Regional Hospital began an aggressive follow-up to issues raised on the survey. Through these follow-up activities, in six months the comparison score was increased from the 14 percentile to the 68 percentile and in two year to the 99 percentile.
