& Cancellation Policy

Payment of Registration fees provides booth space, as described below, two meal tickets, and access to exhibitor events including continental breakfasts, afternoon breaks, and the Thursday Evening Safari Party and networking event. Payment does not include drayage or set-up of individual exhibits. You may staff your booth with as many representatives as you find necessary. Additional meal tickets are available for $75.00 per person.

• Premium booths are equipped with appropriate pipe and drape,

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be made as registrations with payments are received: first in, first served (except Sponsors with exhibitor booth(s) will receive first choice, prioritized by sponsorship level). Every effort will be made to avoid locating exhibitors near vendors offering like products and services.

Premium booth - $750

Registration package insert with booth - $105

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Received in writing by April 5, 2006: full refund minus a $50 service charge.

After April 5, 2006 but before May 1, 2006: 50% refund, minus $50 service charge.

After May 1, 2006: No refunds

RETURNED CHECKS: All returned checks will be assessed a $35 handling fee.
